as I understand it, Columbus introduced hot peppers to Asia in 16th century...so before then, no hot stuff! So, what did they eat before curry?

we've had curry around for yrs, Columbus went to Dominica & thought he landed in India. Spicy peppers are indigenous to India.

Indian cuisine (including curry) has been around for thousands of years.
