Such as HIV. The other way make sense to me, but what fluids of the woman are introduced into the man's system? Is the virus absorbed thru the skin of his genitals or what?

It is not as easy from woman to man but is possible. Basically the woman's fluid would enter through the man's penis by way of the whole in his penis.

When you stick you naked penis in to her naked vagina
you have fluid to fluid contact
If she has an STD , odds are you now have it
If you had an STD, odds are she now has it
