i wanted to throw a surprise party for a friend turning 16. i was wondering if there can be younger kids there too?

That would be fine to have a range of ages at a party for Dave and Busters. The nice thing is any age group can have fun there!

Just remember guests under the age of 21 (legal drinking age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 25 years of age or older, (30 years of age or older for San Jose and Ontario locations), who agrees to be responsible for the conduct and safety of the underage guests.

Most 16 year olds don't like the idea of hanging out with younger kids. so I would say no!!!

well, 16 is still pretty young so I think it would be ok to invite some younger kids too.
