Supper tonight was cream of tomato-basil soup and a toasted buttered whole-grain bagel....and a slice of cranberry-pecan pie.

Favorite supper definitely depends on the mood I'm in, but these days I'm often wishing for sushi, probably cause I can't have any these days. (7 months pregnant)

And I'm from Montreal, QC, Canada.

My mother grew up in rural Louisiana. Dinner was the largest meal of the day served at noon. Supper was a light meal served in the evening.

This may sound weird but it really depends on my mood. If I am looking forward to the weekend then most likely something like fast food or frozen meal. Other times I enjoy making a great home cooked meal like meat loaf, mashed potatoes, home made rolls and corn. Other days I enjoy having some potato soup. I'm just a southern girl who likes simple foods nothing fancy.

Tonight was diced celery, napa cabbage, carrots, onion, baby corn, and peanuts sauteed in dry sherry with some soy sauce and oyster sauce added, then a little water with cornstarch in it to thicken it up. Turned out REALLY yummy!
I'm in west Texas. Oh and my favorite supper would have to be a big, gooey, sticky, dripping plate of bar-b-q ribs from this guy who rolls into town every month pulling a 24 ft smoker behind his truck. mmmmmm ribs...

Supper tonight is pizza with ranch dressing, but my FAVORITE supper of all is pieces of seitan, heated up in Campbell's mushroom gravy and served with mashed potatoes and corn. Mmmmmmm! Vegetarian "Roast" style dinner taste.
