Milk, babies drink only that for the first 6 months!

Milk would be the nearest you are looking for,it would help to know how long you plan to 'survive' on this no supplement diet.Not too long i hope,as far as i can tell there is no item on which you can solely depend , indefinitely.

Milk. Closest to a complete food but really not so. And many adults have lactose intolerance. A combination of fruits, vegetables and nuts will also suffice, without rice, milk etc.
