Changing our life style is easy, than facing problems related to digestion and in putting efforts to balance the fiber defiency. It's not difficult to get natural food which contains lot of fiber. Trying to balance it with suppliments seperatly will not fetch good results in the long run. Rather than getting a wound and thinking to treat it, prevent the wound and be happy.

This is how I do it.. You just have to get in the habit of eating this everyday.
For breakfast, I have a wheat/grain bagel with pizza sauce and pepperoni. ( You can tell that I like pizza right?)
After lunch and dinner, I have 1 gala apple.
I don't know how much fiber is in the apple, but those two apples per day really works for me.
Worst case scenario would be to take fiber pills or fiber powders.

If you want to get a good source of fiber, you should buy some ground flaxseed and sprinkle it over your meals. It barely has a taste and is rich in fiber. Also, take a vitamin called Fiber-con.

Difficult to get fiber foods? According to whom?
Whole grain bread, fresh fruit or veggies, nuts and seeds, legumes are all foods that are good to high sources of fiber and are nutrient dense to boot. They're very, very available.
It's only difficult to get fiber foods if you avoid any and all of the above. In other words, it's only difficult to get fiber foods if you chose to eat in a completely unhealthy manner.

Check out your local health food store, and you will find many whole grain products. Also eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables and you will be fine.
