AIDS isnt fair, but neither is life
if you contract HIV, you'll die
just give the facts - putting it to a ditty doesnt do this epidemic justice - suck it up and let your grade hinge on how well you show that this affects so many people worldwide(Africans and Europeans who never use intravenous drugs or have extra-marital affairs)
also, challenge people to help - i'm sure that will change the world much more than your grade on the project

I heard that 50% of the adults in some African countries are infected. That means there's basically an entire generation of orphans on the planet right now, which fact should motivate people to help prevent further spread, as well as take compassionate steps to help all the little ones! As for me, I'm going to South Africa in April to see how I can help.
