Like someone else said, you shouldn't let us decide. Do some research.
For those who say steak is good protein, you really should look that up. Chicken has more protein.
3 ounces of ground beef has 24 grams of protein and is 15 grams of fat. PLUS sodium and cholesterol. To the tune of 240 calories.
The same amount of tofu has 10 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat, no sodium, no cholesterol and is only 90 calories. So if you ate TWICE as much, to have the same amount of protein, you'd still be eating less calories, less fat, less sodium and no cholesterol.
We won't even get into colon cancer and heart disease which comes from eating meat and can be reversed by going vegetarian. We are so NOT omnivores. We are herbivores who have learned to eat meat. That is a biological fact.

Why not have both? Steak with a side of tofu?

I can't decide for you, but my advice is to go veg. Tofu is much healthier than steak. People get heart disease and cancers from meat, but no one gets it from tofu. For real.

Tofu if eating cow meat is unethical or gross to you. If not- enjoy the steak! If you do choose to eat tofu, make sure to supplement your diet with iron, a valuable mineral you would get from steak.

I say steak, but eat it occasionally. It's an excellent source of protein and iron, and is quite tasty served medium-well with a bit of good steak sauce, mashed potatoes, side salad and a beverage of your choosing to wash it down. Follow that up with a dessert of your choice (I like pie) and you'll be a happy camper.

Well, it depends on you! Meat is not bad for you if you eat the right kinds and in small quantities. There are some advantages to being a vegetarian though. Decide what's best for you...good luck!
