Your symptoms are suspicious of possible pneumonia. There is a lot of that right now and it is important to go see your doctor as soon as possible. A lot of people have ended up in the hospital with this recently. You definitely need to be seen and SOON. The lower back pain may be congestion in your lower lung lobes that has settled in. Take care and see the doc ASAP!

Yes, you have a 'deep need to see a doctor' ... because you are 'sick' but only a doctor can tell you what you have and give you the medicine you need to 'get better.'
