Trans Urethral Prostrate Resection is the removal of the prostrate gland through the urethra, not by a abdominal incision. The result is the removal of the gland by "shaving "the gland in pieces by a surgical instruments,so can't reverse the procedure. If your talking about a "nerve sparing" procedure you would have to speak to the Urologist who did the surgery.Take care.
