I too have it and I too am pregnant. I found out at 22 weeks and had no signs whatsoever at 14 weeks. I do know pregnancy makes them grow larger withthe hormones and lower immune system and such. Just check yourself often. As long as they don't block the birth canal you should be fine, no matter how big they get. I personally have them on my cervix, and they are so far 1-2cm each. Doc is watching me closely to make sure they don't get too big, being that they are on the inside of my cervix. Try not to stress it too much. Your baby is just fine, and even if you can't deliver vaginally there is always a c-section!:) I also know that if they are on or near your cervix they will not touch them. 1-Removal can make you bleed too much. 2-Removal could cause a miscarriage. You CANNOT use the creams while pregnant because they cause birth defects. Do not try to remove anything you have yourself, it can be VERY harmful or fatal to your unborn child. You cannot prevent getting genital warts. The low risk type is the kind that cause them.

If you are under "health assistance" (provider care), an MD; you should follow his (her) advise. If your cervix is accidentally mis-punctured in a sensitive area, you might lose your fetus.

Low risk means less than 5 in 100 chance. If you consider that you are in the wrong 95%; then remember that there is a greater chance of losing your pregnancy by performing HIGH risk procedures!!!

Good luck!
