my mom had lost her vision due to diabeties, we are looking for a remedy to that

Retinal detachment is treatable by laser surgery. If the damage is very severe the improvement may be minimal. Diabetic retinopathy is a different problem, it is caused by poor blood glucose control over many years. It is not reversible.
