1. place the filling so it runs horizontal (left to right)
2. fold the vertical sides over the filling... it should look like a rectangle with the curves egdge of the tortilla pointing forward and at you.
3. Take the flap pointing at you and roll over the the filling about 3/4 over the front flap.. making sure the sides stay in place and don't poke out (which will leak when you try to eat it).
4. Roll away from you to tighten to burrito.

Taco Bell Style
1. Place filling from left to right... starting about 1/4 away from the left edge.
2. fold the left edge over filling.
3. take the flap in front of you and fold over filling.
4. roll forward.

The taco bell style, you have an opening on the right for you to start eating. The mexican restaurant style, the filling is completely encased in the tortilla.

The Best recipe for a tortilla is a quesadilla ( only one fold )

Place tortilla in frying pan oiled on pan side place ingredients of your choosing ( Chicken, Beef,green and red peppers, red and white onion, etc ) on one half of the tortilla top all ingredients with your favourite cheese and fold other half on top.

Cook 5 minutes or so and flip to cook other side an additional 5 minutes.

Cut in four pizza like slices and cover with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
