Hope this helps:
Symptoms-
*Chest pain.
*Dizziness, or feeling light-headed.
*Fear of losing control or doing something embarrassing.
*Feeling of being out of touch with people or things around you.
*Having a feeling of doom, which is feeling like something very bad is going to happen. You may feel like you are about to die.
*Heart palpitations (pal-pi-TAY-shuns), which is becoming suddenly aware of your heartbeat. You may feel like your heart is pounding, or beating too fast.
*Sweating, trembling, or having hot or cold flashes.
Stomach discomfort or upset which may include nausea (feeling sick to your stomach) or diarrhea (loose, watery BMs).
*Numbness (loss of feeling) or tingling in your hands or feet. You may have numbness or tingling of your lips or around your mouth.
You may feel like you cannot breathe. Some people may hyperventilate (heye-per-VEN-ti-layte) during an anxiety attack and not even notice it. Hyperventilation means that your breaths are too fast and shallow. Breathing this way can cause numbness or tingling in your hands and lips. Your fingers or toes may have cramping, or even curl up. During an anxiety attack, focus on taking very slow, deep breaths. You may need a friend or loved one to help you do this by breathing with you. Your caregiver may show you how to breathe in and out of a paper bag when you hyperventilate. Never use a plastic bag.

Well, I suffer from an anxiety disorder so I will help you w/ this. You are nervous all the time. Like...you know how you feel right before you give a speech? That's how it feels all the time. It's normal to the person w/ it, they may not even realize there is a problem. Like, I knew I was different, but I didn't know why until I watched Opera one day 10 years ago and well you get it. Panic attacks are awful. You stop breathing, but you don't notice you stop breathing. It's like your body just doesn't need you to breath and then your heart might race and your palms get clamy and so on. Sometimes you blush bad others you don't, but jus thinking you might blush makes it worse. You just feel like you want to leave and you get in the fowlest mood and bark at everyone. It's like there might be somthing that triggers it or it might just be the feeling you have all the time.

They are sweating, rapid heart beat, excessive breathing, gasping for air, passing out. Many others. I would ask this Q in the psychology area.
These are the symptoms that I have when I have panic attacks. There may be more.
Mine are induced from the thought of dying. If feel a ounce of pain that Ive never felt before, I get freaked out.

The symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks are some or all of the following:
- butterflies in the stomach, which start slowly but rise as the anxiety increases
- hyperventilation
- hot flushes
- lightheadedness/dizziness/feeling as if you're about to pass out
- feeling "unreal" - this is a difficult one to explain, but in a bad attack you can feel as if you're not really present in the moment
Hope this helps, and I really hope you're not suffering yourself.

they may be quite elementary to triumph over with somewhat prepare. There are 4 key issues to triumph over the assaults: (a million) understand that each and each of the indications (nausea, larger pulse, speedy respiration, etc) are a organic reaction to adrenalin, so which you do no longer would desire to be nerve-racking that some thing is erroneous once you experience those issues; (2) do no longer attempt to quit the end results of adrenalin - you may no longer - this in basic terms motives extra stress. truly, tell your self that its ok - you experience outcomes of adrenalin and that they are going to pass as quickly as you quiet down; (3) attempt to anticipate adrenalin and its outcomes once you're apprehensive, and remind your self that the thoughts themselves are no longer probably a risk; and (4) learn and prepare rest techniques to make the thoughts disappear swifter. as quickly as you learn those techniques, you difficulty much less approximately assaults considering you realize which you will quiet down in a couple of minutes. All of that's defined on the link. This truly works in case you prepare it.
