From my experience, a couple days. I buy it pre-sliced, cuz I wouldn't go through a whole one quick enough.

Cut cantaloupe should be stored in the refrigerator in airtight plastic bags for 2 or 3 days.

If it is cut up in a zip lock bag, 1 day. If the 1/2 is covered with plastic wrap, 3 days. If it is in a covered container (cut up) 2 days.

Definitely depends on how ripe it is. A few days probably wouldn't hurt. If it is only cut in half it'll last a while. Longer than cubes anyway.

I dont thing that you should use it after 2 days .eat them withen 2 days and also cut the desire amount you wanted to eat only and put rest of it uncut.
