Have anyone tried asian food with couscous instead of rice. I am so tired of rice, potato, pasta.

I have never tried them together, but it sounds fine. Plain couscous doesn't have much flavor, so it should take the flavor of Asian sauces well. You don't have much to lose by trying, couscous isn't expensive. The smaller size and less stickiness might be harder for chopsticks, though.

I have served stir fries and other Asian-style food with couscous and it's great. Also, if you're bored of the standard carbs, try quinoa. It's got a little more flavor than couscous, but not so much that it will overwhelm the other flavors of the food. Plus, quinoa is a whole grain that has a high protein content. Good all around. Last suggestion, try something a little different like Thai black rice - it's actuallly purple - not black :-).

Moroccan Cheddar Couscous
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 cup couscous, uncooked
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add bell pepper, onion and garlic. Cook 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add broth; heat to a boil. Stir in couscous; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until broth is absorbed. Fluff couscous mixture with a fork. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cilantro.

The extra spice in Asian food should balance out the blandness in couscous ,i have a feeling that the two will go well together.
