well, this question is totally weird. but watever, penis is made up of muscles. and it is to be inserted to a vagina to give 'pleasure' and also to transfer sperm. while the sperm itself are produced in the testicles. theoritically, it can erect because blood flows fastly through them as it is 'triggerred' with sexual hormones. this can happen when u guys see or feel smthg that such a turn-on.
