Apparently a company called Smart Pop, sells them individually. Its a light popcorn and the individual bags were put out by the company in order to help with wight loss, and portion control. That may be a little more information then needed, but I just felt like adding that in. Although it depends on where you live, and if its offered near you. I live in Canada if that helps.

Smartfoods sells individual snack sized bags of popcorn. You can find it in the same section as the individual bags of chips.

I have seen giant bags of pre-popped popcorn at places like SAMS. You could then repackage in smaller bags for the party. Of, here is a novel idea, pop your own and put into small bags. Or go to a movie house and ask them to sell you a huge bag to repackage into smaller bags.

Unpopped or popped? You can buy unpopped at Market Day and at the grocery store in the microwave popcorn isle. In the chip isle there are little like 25 cent bags of Okie Doke.

You can purchase them at Sams Club but you have to be a member.But I do not think there is a Sams Club in Singapore I think it is only in the U.S.I am really not sure.Sorry.
