It's Mardi Gras, so seafood and sausage are the natural flavors to emphasize. Consider 5-6 of these:
Crab puffs
Crab rangoon
Spiced shrimp bites
Chinese shrimp toast
Salmon pate
Sausage and Peppers wrapped in crescent dough and baked golden
Little sausage tarts made in mini-muffin pans
Baked mushrooms
Prosciutto bruschetta
Cajun popcorn
Jambalaya bites

Spiced shrimp, or even better, if you can get your hands on them, crawfish!
Mix cajun spices with turkey and form into little meatballs.
Don't forget a king cake for desert, but that's desert, not your quesiton.
