your lips would have to be cracked and bleeding and your partners lips would also have to be cracked and bleeding....or ud have to have semen or vaginal fluids touch your bleeding lip..,..the body starts to heal and protect itself almost immediately so it is unlikely that HIV would be transmissed through dry lips.

Hiv travels basically through blood or mucus memberanes, such as if someone that is hiv positive touches someone hiv negative and both of them have cuts on their skin it is more likely than dry lips here is a couple of websites to help you .

If your lips are actually cracked - the virus needs a place to enter the body, so if there is an opening in your skin, and infected bodily fluids touch that area, then yes, it can enter.

If they are cracked and bleeding and you come in direct contact with the blood/bodyfluid of an infected person, yes it coult. Otherwise, unlikely. To rest your mind, get a blood test.

No. HIV can only be transmitted through semen, feces and urine, not blood.
