is this bronchitis?

There is no guess as to what this is. Do you feel a wheeze in your chest. If so please go to the doctor. I have asthma, I have had pneumonia 2x and bronchitis several. Don't play when it comes to your breathing. Go and get an Xray from your doctor. Quick.

Possibly. Or maybe pneumonia. It would be a good idea to see your doctor. You may need an antibiotic and/or an inhaler if you have bronchial inflammation. Good luck.
