fresh veggies and fruits.
tubers, all that jazz. it's very simple.
remember fresh is best.. packaged and processed is garbage and will mostly be empty calories.
again, yellow jeff.. oreos aren't vegan... read the lables fool.
and why go to the library when all the information is online.

i like quorn food as it is vegeterian but very nice. there is a range of quorn food including quorn sausages and lots more. you can buy quorn from most supermarkets including asda and tescos. if you wanted to try to cook something then i have a good segestion. you don't need to be good at cooking to make this but you could have a go at making your own pizza. all you need is a pizza base, cheese, veggies, pizza topping!
1, put the oven on 180 - 200.
2,grease a baking tray.
3,get a pizza base and cover it in pizza topping.
4,cover the pizza base in grated or sliced cheese.
5,cover the pizza in your fav veggies and put in the oven.
6,leave the pizza in the oven for 5 - 10 mins and take out.
7,you can then serve the pizza !
tips:use helmanns mayonaise!

Veggie burgers!! My friend is a vegetarian and she buys vegetarian foods at Trader Joe's. Although, it gets pricy from time. Also, Whole Organic food stores. Not sure where you live, but I come from a small town in California and they have at least a couple organic food stores. Have fun!

it depends - are you ok with eating milk or eggs? or fish? just meat or all animal products a no no?
if you do not find vegetarian restaurants in your home town, you will have to learn to cook. it is not that hard, especially if you have a microwave, since most veggies just need a quick steam.

Soup - lentil, minestrone, split pea; frozen bean burritos; indian microwave dinners; cheese, lettuce, tomato sandwiches; peanut butter sandwiches; cheese ravioli and a salad/broccoli...lots of things. Just make sure you get protein (beans, soy, cheese), carbs (bread, pasta) and veggies/fruits.
