Try using a humidifier to keep extra moisture in the air and to keep your nasal passages and sinus moist.

Get a cool mist humidifier, and add a pint of hydrogen peroxide to the gallon tank. Run that while you sleep. Usually drinking adequate water will allow the sinus system to work adequately even in winter. Sometimes it needs a little extra help.

If you don't have a humidifier right now, you can boil water on a stove and the steam will help keep the air moist too.

Take long hot showers....for the steam.
