Old school remedy- In a medium size pot boil some water remove it from the stove and add a tablespoon of vicks stir well .
Get a large towel cover your head and pot with it inhale through your nose if you can guaranteed to work.

DANGER- to not add the vicks while water is boiling on the stove it could splash up and cause a fire. Make sure the pot is on a stirdy surface like a counter top so it doesnt tip.

Nasal lavage. (It is French) add a pinch of salt to 1/2 cup warm water, and sniff it up your nose. (over the sink of course) all the sinus cavities will drain with ease rapidly. Get a cool mist humidifier, and add a pint of hydrogen peroxide to a gallon of water in the tank. run that at night while you sleep.
