No way of knowing this, the symptoms that one usually has with high blood sugar are extreme thirst, hunger, and sometimes mood swings. You need to keep close monitoring of your sugars and when you feel that it is high, take your medications as directed, if you are on medications. If you are not on medications for your diabetes, then you might want to consider the fact of talking to your doctor about this and tell him your concerns. This sounds like this might be more of an anger type problem. Diabetes doesn't usually do this. I am diabetic and this has not happened to me. I have had Type 2 since 1995.

Fluctuations in blood sugar levels can be associated with changes in mood. However, this typically occurs with extremely high or low blood sugar levels. The cause of this isn't clear.
If these moods swings occur often, consult your doctor. It is important to measure and record your child's blood sugar level when you notice a mood change. This information can help his doctor make appropriate adjustments in his diabetes medications, if needed.
Many factors may contribute to mood disorders in people with diabetes. It can take time to adjust emotionally to the diagnosis, as well as the need to manage the disease. Adolescence can be an even more difficult time to develop diabetes. If mood swings are a persistent problem, get help from your child's doctor. He or she may recommend a mental health professional to determine if factors other than diabetes are the cause.
If it makes you feel better..... the SAME THING is with happens with me! It's aggravating isn't it??

When you blood sugar is high it screws up your whole body. You get dehydrated because the excess sugar you urinate out takes water with it. It's not unusual to be in a bad mood when High BS.

Nope, it's not just you. It's very common. However for me, I feel like that when I get too low and more like a slug when I am too high. Certainly the "about ready to kill someone" part is accurate. You have heard of the twinkie defense haven't you?

You should go to a diabetes education class at your local hospital. Get your sugar under controll or suffer the consequences.
