muscle strain. my crystal ball has broken. call a Doctor?

I had carpal tunnel syndrome (a neurologist diagnosed me) - and it required surgery in both wrists
It could be your heart so definitely as your doctor about it, but whatever you do do not keep up a therapy for months that is doing no good - discuss it with the doctor.

First get a heart clearance than think of cervical spodylitis.
I hope you are too young, but now a days diseases are creeping in at younger age due to changed life style.

It does sound like a nerve entrapment. You might want to consult an orthopedist

could be your back needs adjusting but it could also mean you are having angina and need a full stress test to eliminate heart problems. Age doesn't determine heart conditioning
