80% of the bodies toxins are in the exhale (only 3% in the fecal matter)

My oxygen set up is a pulsed unit I get a pulse of oxygen every time I breath in for about 1/3 of the inhale This allows about a 1 liter tank
to last for 8 hours

Plus when you breath in only about 20% of that is oxygen there are other gases in the air that you breath in that has to go back out, like nitrogen

Mostly nitrogen about 70%

More oxygen than carbon dioxide. Remember CPR--the air you breathe out into someone else's lung has enough oxygen to keep them alive.

air. out of the air we breath in, we only take a small percentage of oxygen out of the amount of air that we breath in. once we breath in, our lungs will consume the required amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide will be produced. still, this amount is only a small percentage of the air that you breath in. therefore when you breath out, you still breath out air with a smaller amount of oxygen and a higher amount of carbon dioxide.
