I'm 19 years old - and 100/70 I actually used to be 120/80 but I dropped some fat off. Is that ok?

Yes. 120 over 80 is the norm but yours is still within the normal range.

That's just fine. 120 over 60 would be great but it depends on your diet and stressors in life.

If the diastolic (the lower number) goes high (that's the pressure between beats), then it's something to worry about.

If the systolic the higher number is too high you may want to worry there too.

See a doctor if they're high but right now I'd be happy with this BP.

It is a little on the low side - which is only a problem if you have fainting spells. As long as you can have fully normal activity then your blood pressure is great!
