Definitely Chinese food! Even though Mexican food is pretty yummy, Chinese food is complex and has a huge range. Most people who have only had Chinese food from restaurants in western cities, assuming it's authentic, may not have a true idea of the depth and breadth of the cuisine.

MEXICAN...but than again im mexican and in my opinion i find most but not all chinese food disgusting.
and i like spicy food so again mexican food would get my vote.
