There's nothing you can do outside of 1) taking pills with lactase, and 2) stop consuming dairy. Once lactose intolerant, always lactose intolerant. Give up the dairy and you won't have to worry about it.

I don't think you can overcome being lactose intolerant. People who are lactose intolerant are sensitive to the sugar in milk (lactose), and they will usually get cramps, nausea , gas etc. after drinking milk. You best bet, if you like milk, is to try Lactaid milk. Or you can try goat's milk, which is easier to digest than cow milk. But you would have like the taste.

I haven't but relatives of mine have. You use lactaid tablets and milk products for a year or so consuming dairy and gradually your body makes it's own lactose digesting enzymes. Some lactose intolorant people can eat aged cheeses and yogurt because the bacteria cultures in them have effectively pre-digested the lactose. Your experience may vary...

there is not any thanks to conquer lactose intolerance in case you've been born with the genetic disorder that forestalls you generating a sensible lactase. As you've discovered, you may tolerate small quantities. Cats are in an analogous position, all cats are lactose illiberal, although they prefer milk, cream or maybe cheese,so we human beings insist on giving it to them. although in case you provide them better than a small quantity they get cramps and diarrhoea,as i'm particular you do. Theoretically in case you've been in a position to devour or upload lactase to the milk that is digested,so a strategies as i'm conscious although this isn't at the moment a possibility.

I just drink Soy Milk or Rice Milk in its place. It's better than milk anyway in that it doesn't have that weird aftertaste. Try Rice Milk first then Soy Milk and see which one you like better.
