If I ate nothing but mexican food for the next 30 days, would I get my health care for free?

I figured that after the first 10 days my taste buds would be so fried that I could bridge the communication gap

I tried that same rationale 15 years ago with Thai food. It worked out great and now I own a store on every corner, usually called USA #1 deli or Happy #2 teriyaki.
