just wanted to give the heads-up about soy.
soy has nutritional benefits, but also contains phyto-estrogens, naturally occurring estrogens. women, especially, should not eat/drink a large amount of soy products because this can cause a hormone imbalance (too much estrogen) and can cause breast enlargement, ovarian cysts, missed periods, etc etc.
remember--everything in moderation!

Hey sweety, yea, Eden soy is a good soy milk. But, i think Silk Very Vanilla is better. I've been a vegetarian for 15 years. It's actually alot of good soy products; Westsoy makes a good soy shake.

I love Eden Soy! The vanilla is good, but I find it kinda sweet so I mostly use it when I'm making hot chocolate. I prefer Eden Soy Extra Original. It's enriched with vitamins and minerals that it can be difficult for vegetarians and vegans to get without dairy. And it's tasty!

It is good if you like Soy milk. The vanilla makes it easy to drink. If Soy milk is difficult, try a soy-rice milk combo.

It's not as good as Silk but not bad at all. What I like best about Eden Soy is that you can also get it in portable boxes complete with straws in several flavors.

Eden is one of my favorite manufacturers. But I make my own soy milk. I'm sure Eden is good. They're top quality.

If you want a general reaction to any soy milk, watch the movie Santa Clause with Tim Allen. Near the end of the movie a girl left him soy milk because he told her that he was lactose intolerant. The look on his face is on the money.
