Why not recreate your first dinner date. Make what you both ate on your first date. You'll get points for creativity AND the fact that you remembered the details of the first date.
Good luck and have fun with it! :)

Medium,
Peace Be Still... You are going to survive. Now, if you've never cooked for her or any other human being before, DON"T TRY NOW!!!!! Leave it up to the professionals like myself and a few other people on this site.... For example go to my website:
http://intimatedining.net. We offer free consults.
Next, if you have some experience in the kitchen, try any of thesuggestions that other members have written in about....
Finally, if you know what you are doing in that jungle I call a kitchen... Try this on for size:
Entree:
Served with : flavored mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, chilled artichoke.
(1)Grilled Natural Skirt Steak & Fettuccine
fresh basil Gorgonzola-Alfredo sauce
OR
(2)Portabella Mushroom Piccata
caper-lemon-garlic-white wine butter sauce, fresh Roma tomatoes, parmesan cheese on soft polenta
OR
(3)Baby Spinach & Three Cheese Ravioli
whole grain mustard cream sauce
with blackened chicken
Now this is a meal for a KIng & Queen.... If you are comfortable in the kitchen, you should have no problems... Even if you are brave enough to try this... Hit our website below if you run into trouble...
Good Luck

No idea on what her favorite foods are. If she likes meat then fix her a dish with her favorite meat and then fixed a baked potatoe some green beans, and maybe some other things.
Just search for some good recipes on whatever you are thinking about fixing her.

Mexican food is easy and delicious. Make some home made burritos with hamburger meat, jalepenos, onions, garlic, cheese, and top it off with a sour cream sauce. Then make some sweet chocolate strawberries as a dessert. That would win my heart. :)
