You sound like a hypochondriac. It is a very real thing. And it sucks! I am one. LIke exactly what you said...if someone's stomach hurts, than mine might start to. Or if I see something on tv it makes me feel sick...like I can't watch ER or House or CSI. And if I go to a hospital I start to feel sick. It's weird and annoying. Maybe talk to your doctor. And I believe it is hereditary...my dad is one. And usually hypochondriacs (dont know if i'm spelling it right) also have panic or anxiety disorders.

Para-noia. That's what that is. Trust me I go through it everyday.

Everytime I watch ER and someone had a stroke, heart attack or annerism I'd do that too, think that it's gonna happen to me.

But usually to get rid of it is to just sit there and face the problem.

I've had heart palpatations for the past three years and had insomnia because of it. But what I did was held my hand on my heart at night and realize that I haven't died yet.

Either that, or when you see something look it up. Do research on it. That's what I did. I have heart palpitations due to the fact that I have ADHD and or High Metabolism so it's common for me but I also realized that massive sugar or caffeine can cause them too.

Then I felt better. It's just a mental para-noia you have to grow out of yourself! Hope this works!

You most likely have a psychological disorder called Hypochondria. If you have the urge to go to Dr.'s I suggest you you do so only if you really feel something is wrong . It's like "The Boy Who Cried Wolf". Keep it to yourself, because no one probably cares anyway.

if you think that there is something wrong with you then go to the doctor but if it is just minor then it is probably nothing.
