Not to alarm you, but people die from pneumonia. If your parents won't take you to the doctor, go see the school nurse.

pneumonia can be life threatening. when you breath in and out it sounds like waxed paper crunch. wheezing can also be present but the waxed paper is a what is heard with pneumonia.

How high is your fever? A lung x-ray will provide that you have the illness. There are all kinds of germs that make us terribly sick and it is not pneumonia. Have you ever had it before? What are all your symptoms? How long have you been sick? Where does it hurt? Are you coughing? are you able to eat and drink? If you are under the age of 18 then your parents are responsible to take you to the doctor. If you are older then you can ask someone else. If it is a matter of money or lack of health insurance, go to the local clinic and they can work something out since you are so ill. I am sorry that you are not feeling good. I hope you get better soon.

Why won't your parents take you to a doctor, is it a religious thing? They could be guilty of killing you if you do have it, since it will get worst and with out medication more than likely your will die. The suggestion of seeing the school nurse is very good.
Or if you are home bound maybe you have a friend who could contact someone at your local health office about your condition and circumstance.

Pneumonia usually has a persistant high fever. You feel drained, can't keep anything down and you sleep a lot. Is that you?
