What are some of the weirdest cross-ethnic restaurants you've heard of?

For example, a Chinese-ran burger joint, or a Mexican-ran Italian restaurant, etc.

Used to have a Mexican-run Chinese joint. Not only did they ahve Sweet and Sour or Kung Pao, they offered enchiladas and nachos! LOL We called it the Mexican Chinese restaurant! :-D

In so. La., I also ran across Arabs running Po-Boy shops. Now a po-boy is a delicacy in So. La, but to have Arabs do it? That was just too funny.

I ate at a restaurant in Miami that served Cuban and Japanese food. I have no idea what the ethnicity was of the people who ran it, but I thought the combination of cuisines was very unusual.

I worked at a restaurant in Houston whose cuisine was defined as Tex-Jap (Texan and Japanese). The family that ran it was Malaysian Chinese.

How's that for weird cross-ethnic?
