STD's can lead to infertility in men or women by scaring the various reproductive tracts. Remember infertility is different than sterility. Infertility means reduced chance of pregnancy, sterility mean no chance of pregnancy.

STD's that can cause this include gonorrhea and chlamydia.

Yeah, just tell the guy that you have an STD and describe how horrible it is, and trust me YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET PREGNANT!
