The chills are an indication of an above normal temperature, which means your body is fighting either a virus or a bacterial infection. The yellow phlegm is a strong indication that it is bacterial. If it is bacterial, an antibiotic will help; so you need to see your physician as soon as you can. Many bacterial infections are contagious therefore you could potentially be putting others at risk. Make an appointment right now, and go to the doctor!
I hope you feel much better very soon.

Sounds like you might have pneumonia. See a doctor soon. Last year my brother-in-law nearly died of pneumonia. He ended up in the hospital with a tube in his throat, kept unconscious, for two weeks, and it was very touch-and-go. Don't waste time getting treatment.

I had pneumonia a couple of months ago and it was no fun. See a doctor.

Whenever you caugh up something green, black, bright yellow, or pink, its a warning that you could be in big trouble. But you probably just need some anti biotics. Either way, see the doctor now while you still have enough strength to get out of bed.
