All fruits and vegetable are good for all people regardless of age. If you don't know about your diet you should ask your doctor about seeing a dietitian or a nutritional therapist.

most vegies & fruits are good 4 u but people 40-50 years of age are NOT elder people !

The three best vegetable are corn, beans, and squash; you can eat nothing but these three and stay healthy and fit. While that's the extremist point of view, even adding them to a normal diet is great.

any deep color veggies and friuts like red peppers, apples, oranges, lettus not ice burg the deep green leaves. carotts ect.
