Probably due to collection of fluid in your lungs. Prop up the bed from the head side at 33degrees. If symptoms persists visit your consultant.

possibly but there might be a problem with the left ventrical contraction causing back up of fluids in the lungs, then again it could just have an irritated trachea and just needs to cough. go to the doc if you are worried or it persists for more than 3 days. a heart murmur shouldnt cause a cough though, nor at any particuar time. if it is fluid it would be more prevalent laying down as the fluid covers more surface area in the lungs then, but i highly doubt it is fluid. like i said see a doc if u are worried, otherwise it should eventually go away
