Yes, but you'd have better luck with dried peas. I love Sprout People "pea carnival." They are SO good!!

Mumm's is cheaper, but you have to put together your own pea blend.

i never tried sprouting snow peas,but i had success with fresh
english peas.that was the best crop in my garden,better than
the tomatoes.i had peas growing in my garden starting from a
seed packet starting Easter,they reseeded from the pods and
produced up until Thanksgiving!they even survived a snowstorm
in october,that's a hearty plant!

Yes if they are not treated. The seed you get in seed packets are usually treated so would not be good to use and way too expensive.
