It is Awesome! Below is the absolute BEST recipe I've ever found, try it , you'll be making it for all your friends and they will want the recipe. Enjoy.
GASPACHO
1 JAR 32 OZ CLAMATO
1 BIG CAN DICED TOMATOES
2 TO 3 STALKS DICED CELERY
4 GREEN ONIONS DICED
1 MEDIUM WALLA WALLA ONION DICED
1# TO 2# SHRIMP (NOT SALAD SIZE) CUT UP
1 AVOCADO CUBED
1 TO 2 CUKES CUBED
1 ZUCCHINI CUBED
1 TEASPOON DILL WEED
DASH PEPPER
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE – 2 TABLESPOONS
OLD BAY SEASONING – 1 TABLESPOON
MIX AND ENJOY – KEEP COOL

Its actually quite good on a hot summer day, great dish for an out door buffet. It taste like a cold tomato soup except a little lumpier.

Cold Tomato Soup - I have tried it. Didn't like it. It tasted like a really good V-8. But I hate V-8.

Yeah - I love it and make a really good one myself, kinda helps ifyou you don't actually think of it as soup and more like a 'drink' sort of like a Bloody Mary without the vodka.
Not really something for this time of year though, great on a summers day.

I tried it. It's a tangy cold soup with veggies, lentils and a little pasta. It is ok. I don't prefer cold soups...so not a huge fan of it nor do I get it very often.

I've heard it can be quite tasty, but my experience was not. The soup was cold and tasted like packaged tomato paste and old cilantro. Ugh.

yes i have tried a homemade gazpacho,can't say i was impressed,perhaps one needs to develop a taste for it.

Never actually tried it as cold soup doesn't seem natural.

Absolutely delicious. Don't let the fact that it's cold put you off: made properly, it's spicy, full of flavour and incredibly more-ish.
