Problems for more then a year? Is your doctor really booked up that much? Even if it hurts mommy will hold your hand, Yes I'm being a smart a**. I just lost my brother because he didn't see the doctor. He knew all he had to do was stop drinking for a while and the pain in his stomach would go away. He'd done it before and it worked. This time it was cancer and the pain didn't go away, His doctor told his wife had he come in when he first noticed the pain chances were it could have been cured. Go see a doctor.

U may have acid reflex---get some pepcid ac.
Warm vinegar water will make u burp up air.
Do side stretches to get air out of belly.

Get checked for Celiac disease. This often goes hand in hand with diabetes.
