yes it should but it can also delay orgasm for you which is ctually a good thing. howver there are also several condoms with thinness that promise a better sensation. to get std while wearing a condom is possible. basically if there is a damage to the condom. its not 100 percent effective in preventing STD transmission. However, it still is safer thatn wearing nothing at all.

It wont feel the same as with out it but it's dumb not to use it, and yes it is possible to have std.
