using a sex toy? Maybe not cleaned right or maybe not cleaned all the time.

If you are the only one using it, no. You just run the risk of getting a bacterial infection if you don't clean it properly.

If you are sharing it with someone else then yes you can, but if you buy a new one from the store and you are the only one to use it then no.
