A general blood work up generally consists of a WBC (white blood count) RBC (red blood count) and a platelet count. It all depends on what a physician is looking for, to decide what labwork they run. But to answer your question, no...on general terms, cortisol is not within the normal realm of labwork to be performed.

The best person to ask is your physician if you are concerned.

Good Luck!

I don't believe cortisol level is included in a routine blood draw. I would ask your doctor if one was drawn on you, if not, request it.
