Well just want to know where you can get information about it, like they would send it to you........becuse I have been a vegetarian for a month with 6 days starting tomorrow...so yeah for me.....

Why the mail? The internet has a vast amount of information regarding vegetarian diets.. Just google vegetarian diets or recipes. Dr. Dean Ornish has some books on the subject too. He has a website. You can also google him..

Hey Bro! there is even an On-Line TV channel now that has lots on Vege. stuff, including recipes, cook shows, and highlights other Veggies around the world.
