Hi, I've made the decision to become vegetarian-damn near vegan. I avoid most dairy as much as I possibly can and all meat and by-products of animals.
I'm new to this and I've recently discovered some horrors about simple things like french fries, gravy, etc. that I didnt even think about.
If anyone had some info. or a website link to a site(s) where I can find the true ingrediants in food such as Mcdonalds, Burger King, Taco Mayo, etc. I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Thanks! :)

I know you asked for a website, but the book "Fast Food Nation" has an entire chapter dedicated to the ingredients in fast food. For example, McDonald's cooked their fries in beef tallow for the longest time until some veggies found out and made a stink about it.
Good luck!

i dont know why you're choosing to become a veggie/vegan, but if its for your health, you should definitely just stay away from all fast food. the mcdonalds saldas have as many calories as a big mac. all that food is greasy, fatty, i think even the buns have sugar in them... ugh makes me want to vomit.

if its for the environment...

even if you buy something "vegetarian" at mcdonalds (or other fast food joint), they're still making money off of you.. and continuing their poor ethical farming, ranching, and labor practices...

in some fast food places they use oil that has pig/animal fat in it.
