I did a project on Isreal a few years ago including a recipe for caramelized olives and now I need the recipe?

Does anyone know it? Please help if you can.

Caramelized olives
100g pitted black olives
100g granulated sugar
100g water

Place the olives in a small saucepan with the sugar and water. Simmer over low heat until the water has completely evaporated and the sugar has caramelized. Cool and then chop the olives.
