You do not want any std period.
The worst stds are HIV and herpes. There is no cure for either one of these. Always wear a condom during sex and be careful. Do not take it for granted the other person is ok.

HIV leads to AIDS like everyone said. some are curable with penicillin but HIV and Herpes are not, There is just drugs to treat them, not cure them

Uhhhh, probably the ones that can kill you and have insidious, undetectable symptoms. Syphilis comes to mind. Aids is another.
